Is Your Company Ready to Attract Growth Capital? (3/6/2008)

Come join the head of two of Boston’s major sources of early stage funding, and the CEO of an angel and venture backed software company, to learn about what makes a company well positioned to attract Angel or Venture Capital.   Lou Volpe, Managing General Partner, Kodiak Venture Partners; Dan Von Kohorn, Co-Founder, Beacon Angels; and Ed Mallen, CEO of TimeTrade Systems, will discuss what kind of business models, value propositions, products, markets, competitive advantages and teams grab the attention of Angels and Venture Capitalists.   The interactive session will provide attendees with essential guidance about which of today’s early stage ventures can be successful in the current fundraising environment.  The program will be moderated by Jeremy Halpern, Managing Director of Evolution Advisors.

 
Doors open at 7:30 AM for registration and networking. Light breakfast will be served.
